Marcia Glatman is a top-tier executive search consultant and career coach. She is the President of HRD Consultants, a nationally recognized retainer search firm that focuses exclusively on placing executive level human resource professionals. The clients are several of the Fortune 1000 corporations. Under her leadership, Marcia has built a practice that is a marquee name for human resource executive search.
Marcia is the editor of an intelligence report entitled "Trends in Human Resources" and is the organizer and facilitator of "The Human Resource Round Table," an annual event for leaders within the human resource community. She also facilitates peer-to-peer networking groups for human resource executives in transition.

Marcia's volunteer work includes pro bono consulting to The National Executive Service Corps, a non-profit headquartered in New York City. She's a mentor for SCORE, a non-
profit that advises individuals that are thinking about starting a business or have an issue with an existing business.
Marcia is a former Board member of The Emerging Artists Theatre which supports new playwrights.
Marcia is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management); NYHRPS (New York Human Resources People & Strategy) where she is a on the Program committee; NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners).
Marcia holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Hunter College of the City University of New York. She has doctoral credits in Counseling from Columbia University.
